In my previous life I was a professional chef which took me to the UK, Australia, France, Russia, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, South America and even Antarctica on both cruise liners and in restaurants.

In Papua New Guinea keep an eye out for locals who randomly spit red betel nut juice all over the place. Once it gets on your clothes you'll never get it off!.

I went to England for my GAP year when I was 17 and have done the Europe thing several times since. I’ve tripped around Tahiti, Fiji, cycled Thailand and Cambodia, lived in the USA, South America, Egypt and I’m still discovering new places I want to go-the list just keeps getting longer!
